That's not me. Chandler Homes was founded in the year 2000. I have built thirteen
homes. So why should you trust me? Because I believe that my fresh view to the
homebuilding industry is an advantage to you. Instead of turning out as many homes as
I can and becoming jaded to the excitement and thrill of homebuilding, I approach each
home with the excitement and anticipation as if it were my own. I personally handcraft
and scrutinize every detail of each home. I try to place new and exciting elements into
each house I build to create a unique home that individual buyers can call their own.
Owner, Mark Putzke, has been building fine custom homes and performing extensive
re-models for over fifteen years. Mark is quite familiar and has hands-on experience
with nearly all aspects of the home construction business. Although he is involved in all
phases of home construction, his particular specialties include kitchen design and
installation, custom tile work and detailed finish millwork Mark received a B.S. in
Mathematics from the University of Washington in 1990.
